Why does your computer data need to be backed up?

    Backup is moving or copying a collection of information stored on a computer hard disk which is usually done from one location or device to another location or device. This data or collection of information can be in the form of document files, images, video, audio, Windows systems, drivers, or certain software or programs.

    One way to back up data offline is by using a hard disk, flash drive, or various other external storage. The way to back up data is to copy the desired data to external storage. The use or benefit of data backup is that we still have data backups that are lost / damaged / deleted, whether caused by our own mistakes or other factors beyond our ability, such as: infected with a virus, damaged files (cannot be opened), errors / problems computer equipment, power cuts, disasters, and so on.

    Backup is a method for storing data from one location to another, such as moving files on a computer to a hard drive. This file transfer aims to anticipate if there is file damage or there is a file that cannot be opened, we still have the backup file that was previously saved.
